CANCELLATION POLICY

For any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% non refundable and non transferrable cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for the amount of time booked. A day of cancellation or no-call, no-show will be subject to a 75% fee charged to the card on file for the amount of time booked. Future appointments will not be booked until this fee has been paid.

We request a card be kept securely on file upon booking via GlossGenius.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds, but we are willing to fix any issues or modify any service results within one week of any completed service to reach a solution that best marries expectation, hair health, and best possible service result.

REVIEW UPON BOOKING

We only accept appointments booked via our online booking platform GlossGenius. All policies must be reviewed and it must be acknowledged upon booking that you have read and reviewed our policies. We appreciate your understanding as these policies are in place to protect our time, livelihood, and keep our small business open and running as smoothly as possible for all of us.
